Creamy, Brown & Blue Patterned Paper Cards

These cards were not necessarily made with the same sheet of paper but they were made with the same pattern paper.  I really don't know how many sheets I used, maybe just one.  I wasn't trying to stretch out the paper I have 3 sheets, although I do like this paper, so maybe I should have been more frugal!  They are all note cards, 4 1/4x5 1/2 white cardstock.  The panel is 4x 5 3/8.  I am not sure I have ever said this but on 12x12 sheets I always cut my paper for note cards in 4" strips.  I can then get 6 cards from one sheet.  If I cut it at 4 1/8 then you get 4 cards with a strip that is really too narrow, although you can still use it.  So, if you ever wonder my sizing, that is why.
The first card has a piece of Michael's brown satin ribbon around the center of the card.  A doily cut in half and lightly inked is adhered to the left side.  A scalloped circle also cut in half is added to the doily,  A flower made with 2 pieces of creamy cardstock cut with PTI Signature Series Flower by, you guessed it Dawn McVey!  The 2 pieces were stacked & sewn together with a button & button twine.  The Butterfly was made with all 3 PTI Butterfly dies.  The Jar Label die was used to cut cream cardstock.  The 2nd card has similar elements, the sentiment is added to PTI Fillable Frames #3.  The 3rd card has a cream felt flower made with PTI Beautiful Blooms II #3, a handmade stick pin, butterflies made with the Martha Stewart punch and Fillable Frames #10.  The last card has flowers made with the Rolled Roses die that I have talked about numerous times.  These were made with the patterned paper, not felt.
Thank you for looking at my blog!
