American Crafts Ribbon Cards

I have a new love! Don't tell my husband ;) !  I LOVE this American Crafts Rose ribbon.  It is beautiful, a little pricey, $3-4/yard, but for this card you need just 5", so you can get 7 cards from a spool!  The base is 5x7 white cardstock.  The mats are 4 3/4x3 3/4'ish.  On some of the I was conserving the patterned paper so I fudged a little and made the solid part larger.  I just shifted the ribbon down on the solid part on those.  I used my PTI Signature butterfly die and cut shades of velum to match the color scheme.  I cut 2 for most of them, the top one I also used Love Lives Here.  I used my Delightful Dahlia stamps to add some texture to the wings, if you look closely it kind of looks like feathers.  A strip of adhesive Michael's pearls are added to the center of the butterfly which is adhered above the ribbon with pop dots.  I stamped the sentiment on the bottom of the card.
The ribbon comes in white, which I sprayed with Glimmer Mist Wheatfield on the 2nd one, yellow, which is the first one, pink, 3-4 are pink, black and Rouge.  I will use those soon and let you see them.
So, do you share my new love?  Really, my husband won't mind.  He supports my card making totally!
Thank you for looking at my blog!
