This 4 1/4x5 1/2 white cardstock base couldn't be more simple. The patterned paper is from a pack & I cannot remember what it is. My sister Pat *Hi Pat!* gave it to me. The panel is 4 x 5 3/8. There was a sheet of tags and I really didn't know what to do with them so this is what I did. I took one of my trusty 2 3/4 white cardstock ovals cut with George & Basic Shapes Cricut cartridge, stamped it with A Hero Arts sentiment and layered it on the tag. I put bards in the holes of the tag. I dyed seam binding pale green and tied it in a bow around the bottom 1/3 of the panel before adhering it to the card base. I cut a "doily" from Love Lives Here PTI die with the patterned paper & layered Prima E series flowers on top of it. I used a plain brad and used Glossy Accents to glue a rhinestone on top of the brad. Easy Peasy!
Thank you for looking at my blog!

Very pretty card. You can ALWAYS find beautiful cards out of paper that I cannot see what to do with.
