Sorry to hear about the virus. They stink! I had to reformat my machine and now my hard drive is loosing sectors too. So I will have to replace it now as well and start over again!! yuk! I feel for you on this road!
I met your sister yesterday at Watermark Books in Wichita, KS. We were there for a book signing. Joanne Fluke mysteries with recipes was there.
She mentioned your blog and I promised I would take a peek. You have some wonderful cards. She said she was a card maker and scrapbooker, but you mainly enjoyed card making - if I understood correctly.
Anyway, I love butterflies too and your cards are very pretty. Are the small buterflies from the embosslit die from Sizzix that Stampin' Up! sells? That is one neat die.
Spellbinders has some wonderfully detailed butterfly dies as well. A bit pricey, but that doesn't stop me from wanting them.
I enjoyed visiting with your sister very much. She is very sweet and made the time waiting for the author so enjoyable. I didn't get a chance to thank her and tell her myself, so if you would pass this one, I would appreciate it very much.
She is right, you have a great little blog and I will be following you to see what you come up with next. Great work!!
Absolutely beautiful!! I love the colors and the butterflies on the inside are sooooo fun!
ReplyDeleteAnother fantastic pink beauty.
ReplyDelete3 cards and going strong! I think I like this one the best. With the teeny butterflies on the front and the big surprise in the middle :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful, beautiful and amazing. I LOVE all of your cards they are very creative. I think it is remarkable that you did three cards! TFS.
ReplyDeleteThis is so you! Love the surprise of the butterflies!
