We all have our strengths! Stamping backgrounds is not mine!
I am a whiz with patterned paper,
I can make a great card with a less then great piece of paper, ask Pat!
I struggled with this. My Soft stone dried a bit splotchy...
When I tried to stamp-off with Dark Chocolate, I got really lousy images...
So, I had to use Fine Linen and Dawn is right. It is not the right tone with Soft Stone!
Oh, well! I hadn't used Ruby Rose for a while, so I am happy with the flowers!
Yep! Give me a piece of patterned paper.
I could have made 5 cards in the time it took to fiddle with this background!
Thank you for looking at my blog

Yes, ask Pat. I give her stacks of patterned paper I didn't think I liked and WOW! But, it's all for her mission, so I'm good! Anyway, your flowers are gorgeous. It is a pretty card.
ReplyDeleteOH, this is yummy! I used Ruby Rose too! Your background is diving!
ReplyDeleteI think your background turned out very nice and it really does make your beautiful flowers "pop"! :0)
ReplyDeleteI think this is just stunning!
ReplyDeleteI think your background is lovely... beautiful card!
ReplyDeleteI don't think that you should not count this background. I think it looks great and the pop of colors for the flowers looks wonderful.
ReplyDeleteYour bg is lovely, and perfect for those gorgeous blooms! I like the colors you chose, soft and dreamy for the pops of color in the flowers!
ReplyDeleteI guess you really don't need a MISTI. Even with mine, I would never have been able to stamp such a beautiful background. Gorgeous, Suze!
