This card is on a 4 1/4x 5 1/2 white cardstock base.  The patterned paper is, as usual, an older DCWV stack.  The solid color is Archivers.  The 2 mats are cut at 4 x 3.  A piece of pink ribbon, probably from Michaels, is adhered to the seam.  A vintage cream felt flower cut with PTI Beautiful Blooms II #1.  All 3 layers were used and a pink, flower shaped button was sewn in the center.  I took a corsage pin, WalMart, and a couple of beads and made a "stick pin".  I use a drop of Glossy Accents to hold the beads in place.  PTI Fillable Frames #10 was used to cut white cardstock.  The matching stamp was inked with Raspberry Fizz, and a sentiment stamp as well.  Simple card but it has a nice statement.

This 5x7 Greeting card has a white cardstck base.  The pretty patterned paper is DCWV stack from a while ago.  The mat is 4 3/4x 6 3/4.  A 2x5 strip of black cardstock is adhered to the center of the card.  A piece of red cardstock from the stack was cut with PTI's Spiral Notebook Page die.  Another piece of paper from the stack that has white lines through it was cut with the Eyelet lace Border die.  The Limitless Layers "doily" die (I use quotes so as not to confuse it with the Doily Detail dies) was used to cut black cardstock.  All 3 Beautiful Blooms II #3 were used to cut vintage cream felt.  The flowers were stacked and 3 grey pearls were sewn in the center.  This was adhered to the "doily" with a glue dot, then adhered to the notebook page with pop dots.  White cardstock was cut with PTI Fillable Frame #8 and stamped with Pure Poppy ink.  Lastly the smallest die from the blooms was used to cut a felt flower and the same grey pearl was sewn into the center and adhered with a glue dot to the top of the sentiment.

This card is a 4 1/4x 5 1/2" white cardstock base.  The large mat is 4 1/8x5 3/8 Melon Berry PTI cardstock.  The patterned paper is PTI In Bloom cut at 2 1/2x 5 3/8.  White grossgrain ribbon is wraped all around this strip with a tail long enough to hang out under the 2 1/2x2 1/2 mat.  The mat is adhered with pop dots.  White cardstock was cut with the small "doily" from Limitless Layers PTI die.  All 3 Beautiful Blooms II #1 dies were used to cut white cardstock.  I adhered the stack of blooms, with a Melon Berry & white button tied with button twine, on top of the "doily" with pop dots.  I cut a double ended banner (which I now own the PTI die) from white cardstock and stamped the sentiment with Melon Berry ink.

This is a top fold 4 1/4x5 1/2 card.  The base is white cardstock.  The bottom of the card is cut with Dawn McVeys PTI Edgers # 1 die.  The piece of pattern paper, from a DCWV stack 4x2 1/2, was also edged with the die along with the light blue cardstock of similar dimensions.  Mat Stack1 die was used to cut a piece of the patterned paper and a 3"Oval cut from George & basic shapes was stamped in Spring Rain ink with Dawns Signature Greetings.  Dawns Signature Series Butterfly die was used to cut the patterned paper layer and the Love Lives here butterfly was used to cut the light blue layer for the accent embellishment.  A flat back pearl was glued to the center.  Both the mat and the butterfly were adhered with pop dots.  Finally white seam binding was tied in a bow at the top of the card.
Very Spring'ey! (We had snow on the ground here this morning!)

Sunday Cards

I have tried 4 times to add cards to the following post.  THEY WILL NOT POST!  I have no idea what is going on.  I will try again tomorrow.  Too frustrating!

I LOVE these cards. You can probably tell, because there are 5 versions. I have taken some of my favorite paper and re-created it, a lot. The image  is a cut from Cricut Lite Lacy Labels. It is image # 14 (if you number your cuts) The stamped oval is from George & and Basic shapes, cut at 3". 3 of those sentiments are from PTI Signature greeting ~ LOVE that stamp set. Most of the pattern paper is from a DCWV stack, the solid is PTI. The organza ribbon is JoAnn and the gold one is seam binding I dyed. On 3 of the cards the large mat has been embossed with PTI Diamonds Impression plate. The other 2, Seeing Spots Cuttlebug folder. The card base is 5 1/2x4 1/4.

OK.  This is one of the 2 cards I posted earlier.  Night & Day!  I have been taking a class for my new camera and I have gotten a LOT better!  I still need help but I am better, as in I can actually use it without Colin doing it!  I messed up and only selected this one so this post is on the second picure not the first ~ but you get it, right?!
