This actually was really fast.
I used the line images from Floral Sketches...
I only have the basic set of Zig Water color markers, so that is what I used.
I am pretty sure my little water colored floral image is from Stamp-A-Faire last year.
That amazing technique Melissa had us do...I have to make some more of those cards this summer...
Anyway, it was in my envelope of die cuts and it matched, so why not!!!
I thought all the extra water was going to be a problem, but it wasn't...
SO much faster than individual coloring...
Thank you for looking at my blog!
Susan

ReplyDeleteHi Susan,
ReplyDeleteYou did a beautiful job with this! Love the sweet colors and the images you chose. Yes, I loved that technique from last year's SAF too. Glad you are using what you have. The result is so pretty.
Gorgeous color wash and coordinating flower, Susan! No wonder you made it really fast. Having the beautiful flower ready was a win-win. Did you totally wet your watercolor paper and then brush on strokes using your Zigs? I need more practice with those, too!
ReplyDeleteLOVELY COLORS!!! ;) You did a BEAUTIFUL JOB on the PTI Water Color Wash Challenge! ;)
ReplyDeleteYour cards are always so lovely. I better start inking up my flower set. I hope you don't mind if I case some to give to my aunt. She loves to give out cards to her friends. Thank you for the inspiration!
